About your instructor
My name is Stilen Adams, owner and flight instructor at Adams Aviation Training. At Adams Aviation Training, my goal is to provide exceptional, personalized instruction for pilots at every stage of training. I believe in building strong fundamentals, fighting bad habits and overall, building strong aircraft control and knowledge.
My instructional style
I am a firm believer in building pilots with strong fundamentals. I hold my students to a high standard of aircraft control. I also aim to keep training professional, approachable, and productive. I genuinely care about your safety and future and what I teach you revolves around keeping you safe and allowing you to enjoy the freedom of flying.
I earned my wings in Colorado where nearly every flight I took was in gusty wind conditions, high density altitude and in the heart of the mountains. At AAT my experience dealing with the extremes of mountain flying will prepare you for your life as a pilot.
